Many of the recipes are standard traditional dishes with vegan processed food substitutes instead of animal products, which I didn't find inspiring at all. If you’re holding my arm behind my back forcing me to say something then I think you could actually get away with cooking this for half the time or just dishing it up and popping it under the grill to melt the cheeze topping. Whether you’re already a full-time vegan, considering making the switch or just trying to cut down on meats, fish and dairy, this book is sure to add new favourite recipes to your repertoire. The recipes I have tried so far have worked out so I am assuming they have been thoroughly tested before inclusion. all in all, this book is probably good for a starter veggie, but im not, so i need cookbooks with a bit more bite to them. Passionate vegan (and TV celebrity of Made in Chelsea fame) Lucy Watson has you covered with tempting meals from morning to evening – as well as all the sweet stuff and snacks you crave in between! The question is – does it live up to the reviews and is it worth shelling out your hard earned cash for?I'm not Vegan but since April I have been Vegetarian and embrace the idea of limiting animal-based products as best as I can, this book is excellent for ideas on how to try Vegan, what ingredients are best and what are vegan without you being aware.
