Whilst reading this book I have been recommending it to everyone who I meet within education who should have an interest in this topic.

As a father of two young children, I read this book and immediately changed my behaviour towards them. Naomi expertly guides you through the wide world of learning, motivation, child behaviour, parenting culture, alternative schools and home education. I was just amazed at how much sense it makes and how differently we should be embracing the education of our children, especially those who are neurodiverse. Whether you are an educator or a parent, this book highlights not only the damage we are doing to children in the name of educating them, but also how things can be done differently.
